Hope to hell your parents didn't name you after them, right now my b/f is going against them because they put his FATHERS debt on his credit report and telling the son that he needs to make out a identity theft report when the father didn't steal his information, the company put it on the sons report. It's their fault and they won't fix THEIR mistake. I wouldn't use them for nothing. Lying crooks are what they are.

Horrible! I have to reset my internet at least twice a day. Switched out modems and still problems. I've had no service at all today. Called costumer service sense the local office is no help. Was told maybe 2 days. I've been with these jokers over 6 years due to lack of decent competition. I'm ready to roll the dice. I'm far from the only one. They are expensive and low quality. STAY AWAY!
