Honestly I love walking in the doors. Greated every time. Friendly staff. Fast reliable and accurate. Always asked how can they help and before leaving asked if there's anything else they can do. They like to see the customer satisfied. They'll answer whatever questions you have and work to find a plan to fit your budget. The best part of this business itself and their staff is they ask to show your ID even if it's only paying your bill. I love that they check to make sure you are who you say you are and that you're on the account you've come to them about BECAUSE anyone can pay your bill that's fine but they cannot receive any information regarding your account and they can't make changes to your account or nothing. They protect themselves of course but they protect their customers. Two thumbs up on that. I've never had any problems with my service except delays when an upgrade is taking place but always forewarned about what to expect and just expected when upgrading. Doing an excellent job and continuously improving so keep up the good work. Thank you

If I could provide a negative number for my review I would as I was shocked at the condescending and flippant attitude of Charter's retention department. Having been a customer for years, I recently cancelled service at two of my locations and will be cancelling my business account as well. Why? All I heard from the customer service reps is that I should be thankful for the superior Internet as they are the best in the world. I should thank them for the price increase--yes, that is actually what Sonny, a supervisor told me. I should thank them. So I am thanking them by taking my service elsewhere.

They suck!! They let you sit on hold for an hour to tell you they will be out tomorrow (24 hours) no TV. I should of stayed with Direct TV.
