My review is for the staff member that helped me, she was very thoughtful and helpful for my problem and she took care of it. I have turned in my TV equipment as it is just too expensive at 120.00 a month. I'm trying over the air antenna and so far so good. Again, the staff helping me was great in the Springfield office.

The customer service representative was very informative both in store and on phone, technician on phone walked me through set up step by step and was as patient as can be. Few months ago a tech came out for my daughter's service call and the technician went far above the job by entertaining my 2 year old grandson who just wanted to play dinosaurs with him. I am very impressed with this company

Was unable to take care of bill over phone so went in and was "helped" by the rudest man I ever met. He was unspeakably mean, rude, condescending, an wouldn't explain the bill (it was not real bill. Just a rip off) Medicom is a rip off and a con. I hate them.

It should be obvious that with 1.7 stars, stay away.
The service we had was terrible.
Way overpriced for what you get.
The remotes didn't work right. The internet/TiVo quit periodically for mo reason.
The minute we would pay our bill, the service would quit working. Horrible!!!
If they spent half the money they do on advertising, on upgrading their service, it might be decent.

MY PAYMENTS WILL NOT PROCESS! I freaking pay my bills on time every month and then they don't accept it ever. So, I'm apparently constantly behind..Not to mention the guy I called to set up my WiFi refused to listen to what I wanted. I only wanted WiFi, but this guy said "no no you want this package." Still I said no and he still just gave me the package!! Worst service ever...I'd like to pay my bills correctly too, but I guess they can't do something so simple either...
