Friendly and helpful. It's great to actually interact in person with a secretary, instead of a robot.

Overall Fidelity's internet is great, fast, and reliable. Never have had a problem, the technician was on time and worked fast. Very friendly. Sometimes it takes a while to get to a live customer service but they make up for it with quality of service when connected. I had issues with online bill pay, but customer rep. quickly fixed my issue. Just wish t.v. service was a little less expensive with higher speed internet package.

AMAZING INTERNET Very very poor customer service and automated payment method. We' ll be on customer service hold for HOURS sometimes even until they close (they don't even keep the calls they have on the line, once they close they hang up on EVERYBODY) and it's 5 bucks fee for customer service payment The automated payment doesnt charge anything, but it never works and sends us to voicemail.
