This is a dying business, terrible internet and horrible service, when NewWave expands they will be crushed by the competition if they don't change their business model.

So every time I come to my parents I have to deal with this internet. It’s the only one offered but that doesn’t give them a right to make it the worst service and speeds. It goes in and out all day long and if you can get anyone to look at it they tell you nothing is wrong... Well if you count getting gouged for a service that doesn’t even work most of the time... then yeah sure nothing is wrong.

I pay $120~ a month for 20mb/s down and 1.9mb/s. I had NewWave before them and paid $80~ for 60mb/s down and 15mb/s up. That is 3x more download speed and 7.5x more upload speed for 2/3 the price. You thought that was bad? The worst part is that Boycom's service ISN'T CONSISTENT, absolutely ridiculous. Because of how absurdly priced their internet is, I can't pay it every month, resulting in me paying TWO HUNDRED AND NINETY SIX DOLLARS to get it turned back on. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere with access to NewWave, it'll save you more money than using Boycom.

Extremely overpriced, paying $66/mo for 3mbs. Very, very rarely do I actually recieve that speed, plugged directly into the modem. And the customer service is often deplorable, choose any other provider if you have the choice.
