Semo Communications

Was having connection issues so I called to see if anything could be done. They said I needed to update to a new modem. The tech came out and seen a router my security system company installed so he installed a hard line modem and left without making sure the Internet service I'm paying for was working. I couldn't get anything to connect. Called the office and the rep was rude, hateful and told me I wasn't making any sense seemingly insinuating I was lying. She pointed the finger at the modem which wasn't their problem of course. So I'm left to try and resolve the problem on my own. Their services are overpriced including the cable channels that play nothing but re-runs and infomercials. I live in Matthews where they are my only option. If I could get a Internet Service Provider capable of handling my security system I would drop SEMO and get Dish or DirectTV in a heartbeat.

Very rude hung up cause it wuz seven minutes till five now my 87 year old mother doesnt have i phone VERY RUDE PHONE

These people have horrible customer service and they lie about when stuff is going to be done I was told my cable will be put in ground later that day and it was not true ! My landscape company ran over it, and they would not help me at all and she called me ignorant on the phone and I was not allowed to speak with somebody higher up the chain than her .
