Charter is horrible. I called them a day before to set up new live tv and faster internet upgrade. When I arrived at the store They gave me all the equipment just for me to get home and find out someone put a note on the account to say I didn’t want the service. Where does that make any sense! So I just returned the equipment and called it a day, because the people over the phone said they will have to have a technician come out and do all types of stuff that they did not inform me about over the phone. I was already rushing trying to get things in order. I will never again upgrade my services with them. I would never recommend there services to anyone in my life! The store location was helpful in terms of returning the equipment.

The staff at this location is terrible. They are rude and they act like they don’t want to be there. They don’t care whether you cancel or not, they don’t care about you as a customer period. They just want to be on the clock and go home, dealing with customers seems like the worst part of they’re day. I picked up equipment and the guy gave me all the wrong boxes, they had to send out a technician the same day to replace those with the right boxes. The tech they sent out was awesome by the way and very informative about the equipment and the service. I do not go into this location unless I absolutely have too, it’s a shame people apply for customer service jobs and totally fail at just that. I wish I could give this location zero stars. As far as Spectrum internet service goes it’s ok, it’s always buffering at certain parts of the day, I currrently exploring different options.

Canceling service is only available by phone and can take over a hour to reach an employee. Obvious ploy to prevent or discourage customers from cancelling.
