The store itself is fine, I picked this one to comment on cuz it's closest to me. But your cable service SUCKS! I pay so much money a month you would think my shows would record how they're supposed to. This is the 2nd week in a row one of my shows hasn't recorded, the first time somehow ALL of my recordings were cancelled & the 2nd time, it shows I have it set to record but guess there was a glitch. I hate charter & once I love somewhere else that allows to have a satellite dish I will be cancelling my services with you considering AT&T wants more $$$ for less channels.

Was great service by the ladies inside! Thank you for helping me set up internet in my new apartment, getting me my equipment, and finding me a plan that's 200mb/s for $44.99

The store was fine. However, their outdated system for cable sucks. No wireless boxes, they want everybody to stream their service through Roku sticks or some other device. Very inconvenient. And if you want more than one box in your house, there is a monthly rental fee. I get more channels and better service cheaper through AT&T.
