DO NOT USE THEM. INCONSISTENT BILL AMOUNTS ALL THE TIME. LATE FEES AFTER MIDNIGHT THE NIGHT OF .NO SHUT OFF NOTICE . NO PAPER BILLS SENT TO ME . INCONSISTENT DUE DATES . CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. ECT.

has to be the worst provider around. internet is spotty at best. goes in and out of connectivity throughout the day no matter the weather. but the only other option is dish. would not recommend to anyone and for me this business should be shut down due to charging for nothing. i pay every month yet i get what amounts to roughly a day worth of service. contacting them does nothing, cant wait to drop this POS company.
