If I could give 0 stars I would. I called them and set up auto pay monthly the day I set up my account. They did not set it up and now will not refund my late fees that I was charged. The supervisor told me "Is a $10 late fee really worth cancelling your account?" Yes, Sabrina, it is. It's about customer service not the $10. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.

Numerous problems with this company failing to accept responsibility. The latest case: Would only refund one of the multiple erroneous $10 charges for cable modem rental which were charged AFTER returning the rented cable modem. The representative I talked to said it's company policy to only refund for items on the most current statement. He said I should have caught Suddenlink's billing error earlier if I wanted credit for previous charges. I own my own business, and I would never have a policy which forces my customers to pay when I clearly made a mistake, regardless of how much time had passed since a customer noticed the mistake. That's a recipe for customer loss. They may have conned me out of some money in the short-term, but in the long-term, I will select another internet service provider, which will cost the company much more.. I simply can't do business with a company that refuses to accept responsibility for its mistakes and doesn't see a problem with profiting from said mistakes.
We've had numerous problems with techs being too lazy to actually search for and fix problems with the outside lines which cause our internet to quit working. It eventually gets fixed, but we have to call them out 3 or 4 times to get a tech who has solid work ethic.

Very disappointed in the service of this email provider. I rarely use Suddenlink email address because it takes way too long to receive an email (not always, but often), so I use Gmail as my primary address. When I did check my suddenlink email, there is nothing new for 6 weeks...really? So I call the local office to attempt to take care of the problem; they are nice but not helpful at all. This situation requires help from St. Louis office and it could take 24 hours. 24 HOURS!!!??? Well, it didn't take 24 hours because it's been well over 30 hours and it is still not fixed. Because I live in a small town I am a hostage to this provider. Shame on you suddenlink!! Your rates are high and your service is LOW.
