My husband and I moved to our new construction neighborhood 3.5 YEARS ago and are still waiting on Charter. Literally everyone in the neighborhood (roughly 100 houses at this point) has called Charter, and we’ve all been told that we’ll all individually have to pay anywhere from $10,000-$20,000 to get a line to each of our homes. On top of that, Charter likes to send us all spam in our mailboxes at least once monthly about how great it is to switch.... but we can’t because Charter won’t allow us to. Big mistake on their part.

The technician's are terrible. We have been without consistent internet and cable for almost 2 months. These guys cannot figure out the problem, every guy comes out and blames the last tech for the problem. Obviously there is no accountability and qualified techs at this location.

I think they have deals if you live at certain apartment complexes? Ask them about perks/benefits. They are the go-to internet service provider 🤷🏽.
