Fidelity Communications

You pay too much for c***** service. Their billing process is slow. I got a bill that said I owed 50.00... but when I call in to make the payment... I'm told I owe 150.00. The bill I got was for a different date. Worst provider ever. Can't wait to move so I can get rid of this small town rip off company.

Good internet but have a few concerns.. for one they are pretty much the only internet provider in Rolla so it's pretty much them or nothing... They won't go to the trailer park down the road from them because it's out of City limits but the building is closer to them than allot of places they provide service for..

Fidelity rep strong-armed me into a horrible price for internet service because I wasn't eligible for the promotional discount. Fidelity takes advantage of people because they have a monopoly. The only option for internet in the area. Still better than Comcast.

I work here, so I'm a little biased, but that also means I know the people who make this place what it is. With that experience, I can tell you it's a place filled with people who care about the customers, from the very top to the bottom. Really one of the best businesses all around.
