Great customer service, always willing to help, and they stick with you until your issue is completely resolved. You actually have contact with a person instead of navigating through endless automated options. A refreshing change from the national companies!

I was calling to inquire about the possibility of switching services. They told me that I was out of the are but they provided me with all the possible options for my review and advice on what would be best. They went out of their way to help me even though they gained nothing. When they grow bigger, I will change services.

I have had no problems at all with Quantum wireless! Their service is awesome our affordable, and they have always been that way! No one else could cover us where we lived! Love them! Will NEVER go with anyone else. With the exception of the occasional outage, (rare) I've had them for 2 years and am going to stick with them! And I don't have a contract either!
