Spectrum

I've only had their service for the past 2.5 years but they have been great. No problems with tech calls (some outages last year were resolved). Pretty good speeds. My place of work uses Charter as well with no problems. I could have just been lucky but I find no reason to complain.

Excited to have more than one choice for internet, et.al. She was super nice! Looking forward to more services for the same price as our current provider. Spectrum just came to our neighborhood so I can't comment on the actual service yet, but the lady at the office was great!

So Apparently when I called spectrum I had to give out all my information to get the highest speeds available for warrensburg. At the time i had not moved yet. After telling them I just want the speeds without giving out my info they had got the supervisor and finally said it's ok... it makes no since. It's just a simple question. You have lost a customer over literally the dumbest thing possible. Oh and if I didn't say this they have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

The store is full of nice people. However. They don't work well with my bank. They have shut off my service and charged me up the ass because they will refuse checks from my bank randomly even when I have the money in the bank. I can't afford to keep losing service like this. Looking for someone else because their service sucks.

I've only been going in there for about a year, but during All of that time there was Never a time when people inside weren't happy and pleasant to work with.
