Five Missouri cities rank in the top 100 with fastest average internet upload speeds: Grandview (4) at 108.47 Mbps, Marshall (10) at 65.15 Mbps, Tipton (11) at 64.37 Mbps, Kansas City (14) at 56.95 Mbps, and Belton (21) at 49.09 Mbps. Grandview and Marshall are only about 20 mins away the fastest Internet speed you can get from citizens is 12Mbps but they are pretty much the only option. I have never received 12Mbps even though I pay now over $150 for it plus a cable package that in any other town or from any other provider would be called basic but it's their mid line.

Cable goes in and out as if you was on satellite and I have the highest offered internet and is still slow and continuously is going out price is very high for poor service

Please get with the program! I'm sick and tiered of paying for something i'm not pleased with. just today i counted 15 times oops now sixteen times my TV has gone blank, and for what reason i don't know. By the way this has been going on every day since we were forced to go with the cable box. Why should I have to pay for something I was promised, But not getting?!
