Xfinity Store by Comcast

Came in on a busy Saturday and had a great guy named Cole Moore help us. We wanted to look at other plans since our 1 year promo was going to be expiring soon. Cole took the time to answer any questions we had and helped us search for a bundle that was perfect for us and even saved us some money. We were very pleased with this great customer service experience!

People love to hate Comcast. Not us! 95% of our experiences with them over two decades have been very positive. Reliable service and friendly staff.

Staff at 39th Street location is very helpful. However, the system itself, not so much. We went down early in Jan to talk to them because our one-year contract was about to expire, and we knew from experience that they would switch us to a higher bill with no warning. They looked us up and said, no, they could see the bill all the way to April and it was still the same price we were paying. We went home happy, but 2 weeks later we looked up our account on the website and saw that the price was about to double. You have to watch Comcast at every step or they will zing you.

I had the best experience with the employees at this Xfinity store. I had to move unexpectedly and the customer service reps in the call center were being pretty difficult. Luckily when I returned my equipment to the store James was the one who helped me out. He reassured me that if anything fishy was happening to just reach out to him and he would look into it more for me. Well, he did just that. Everything worked out great, and when i felt uneasy about my bill James looked into and made sure it was all correct. I am so appreciative of everything they did for me.
