You can add service over the phone 24/7, but you can only cancel during the 18 hours per week that the local office is open. Yet when you do reach someone to cancel it's a national call center person who doesn't have anything to do with the local office. And then they offer new equipment and lie and say it can record in one room and watch in another. It can't. They have 1990's equipment. And now I have to take back that equipment during that 18 hours. If they weren't an internet monopoly they would have no business.

I had great service in person from the installation gentleman. Getting my business scheduled was a nightmare with multiple attempts required. Hire more good people and quit being so greedy.

I will say you have excellent customer service, I got quick, friendly help every time I called. The downside is the price for so few channels. I just moved here from California, where I had Spectrum and over 500 channels, plus every premium movie channel, plus a dvr and On Demand tv shows and movies for about $135 a month Here it's more than that for about a 100 channels and a TiVo(which I don't like as well as a regular dvr) and HBO. Not having On Demand to catch up on shows you missed is especially frustrating.

I hate giving bad reviews! Cable One provides acceptable internet service in my area but the service provided after the fact is simply horrible. I can not recommend them to anyone. There may be wonderful local technicians but you will have to jump through several days or weeks worth of automated hoops to ever see or talk to one of them.
