Staples

I try to find my necessary office supplies anywhere but here. This store consistently has the dumbest cashiers and unhelpful employees. On average, I have to spend twice as much time at checkout because the cashier has no training or is clueless on how to ring up a simple order correctly. Right now, we are returning an item that was clearly marked one price but we were charged an additional $20.00, then will have to wait until someone gets a clue how to make this right. This Staples sucks each and every time

Not unlike any other Staples you may visit. The parking lot for this store is a little strange, and crossing safely to reach the safety of the sidewalk can be a challenge. This is no fault of Staples, but it is a reality of shopping at this location. I haven't had any bad experiences with the staff. I've used the option to shop online and pick up the purchase at this store a few times, and it worked out to be an easy process. I've used the copy center once and the staff here we're helpful.

I always go to this store to print documents and buy stuff. My mom came from Brazil to visit me and she doesn’t speak any English. She needed to print a document and since she doesn’t speak English (she speaks a little of Spanish) I sent her the address of this store and told her to print it over there (there is a machine there where you can print without needing to talk with anyone). As a soon as she got there, a man came to ask her what could he help her with and as a soon as she said she didn’t speak English (while she was trying to explain him what she needed) the cashiers woman’s started to laugh at her face seeing her hard time to express herself. She called me crying after seeing this scene, saying it was very humiliating and I don’t this this is acceptable! It’s not okay to laugh at the people’s face for not knowing the language or for any other reason! It’s not respectful and I don’t recomend this store to ANYONE anymore. I will definitely never come back. Straples should take a look at the people they hide to work there!

An ok Staples. The location on Urbana pike is better. The staff tends to be rude and discourteous, as has been experienced on multiple occasions. If you're in the area, you might as well stop by, but I would rather go out of my way to the other location in Frederick.
