Super 8 by Wyndham Iowa Falls

Extremely clean! Great location! Great breakfast! Polite, professional, very hospitable and accomodating supervisor and staff. Crystal and the staff members will make you feel so welcome. I will always stay at this location when in the area.

Great place. Super nice employees. She helped us find a place to park because it was full and very nice all around. The room was super clean and comfortable.

The check in process was quick and simple. The room was comfortable. The pool was warm. Breakfast was great.

Dryer has been out of service for entire stay with makes it difficult for those staying for any extended period. Heater in room doesn't work. Owners kids run up and down halls screaming at all hours of the day and into the night. House keeping is below average at best. Don't even get me started on the breakfast might as well just go to the gas station down the road. Do your self a favor and stay in a different town or use air bnb

One word: HORRIBLE. We checked in after a very long day and there's a snow storm that time. We had a room with a clogged toilet so I informed the front desk guy but to my dismay, he was rude and said, "I give you plunger, you unclog it" What?? We just got in so I immediately started packing while looking for another hotel. For $79, I would rather go somewhere else and have a good rest, instead of unclogging a toilet. What a joke.
