Baymont by Wyndham Waterloo

Person at the front desk was a disaster. He couldn't function properly or professionally. By the time we got to the 3rd room it was clean. Before that one was leaking in the bathroom and the other was actually occupied. Didn't feel too safe after that! Was late for a wedding reception because I had to talk the desk reception through his panic attack. We drove 6-1/2:hours and thought baymont name was good. He still wouldn't call his boss or the manager to help him through it.

Staff was always smiling. There is a swimming pool, but it has way too much chlorine in it. The breakfast has variety, but I did find a hair in mine the first day. The room is nicely updated. Housekeeping was great. Smoking is allowed on the second floor. The smell is a tiny bit noticible on the first floor. Pool and gym are open from 6am-11pm. I recommend this place over the motel 6 down the street. Although pricier, it has way better amenities.

I have spent about 2 weeks at this motel. The employees here are awesome. They know you by name and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your stay here. The have a great breakfast setup every morning, the rooms are clean, the pool is warm and the coffee is hot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The hotel was very clean and we'll maintained. The staff were all pleasant and willing to help if needed. The breakfast was great! Large selection of hot and cold foods. Overall great staying there. Would recommend to anyone.

They take great care of their guests. Mine was an extended stay; good breakfast, great customer care. Rooms were cleaned and organized every day. For the price, it was a great stay.
