If I could give it no stars I would. Horrible service. Charged me 3 times and after I called that day a women promised to refund two of those charges. They charged me anyways probably hoping I wouldn’t notice. And now refusing to refund one of those charges. Do not recommend unless you’re made of money and can afford being out $300.

Clean good smelling quiet family run hotel. Not a lot of choices in the area but we were pleased and got a well needed nights sleep.

Very friendly family runs this older, very clean motel. Really quiet, very clean, and a great value. I wish every motel stay was like this. Free paper at front desk. $10 pet fee plus reasonable charge for room. Would also suggest this as an alternate for Grinnell and Marshalltown visitors in spring, summer or fall.
