Motel 6 Crossroads Mall - Waterloo - Cedar Falls

We still have one day left here and so far it has been nice! Staff is friendly and our room was clean and everything worked like it should! The pool was warm and fun! Looking forward to staying here again in the future! I asked for extra towels before arrival but had to get them when we arrived..no biggie just towels! I do agree some lotion in the rooms wouldnt hurt as we had forgot ours! Overall its a Nice play to stay for what you pay!

Nice room. But need a new mattress on the bed. Thin felt the springs. Plus i fell into a dip in it LOL. Other then that it was a nice night. Will we stay again Yes with a military discount we payed 60 something with tax. And we were able to have our Dog with us. The room was nice and clean also. The lady at the front desk was realy nice. No Breakfast but BK was just down the road and 4 79 cent sausage sandwiches and we were good to go. :)

by A verified traveler Jan 25, 2018 Never again 2.0 Never again I have stayed at this motel once a month since October and had been satisfied until now. I booked a king bed room a few days in advance, none were available at check in time due to renovation, was given a double which had already been renovated with new beds and cheap one piece mattresses. So in addition to getting a severe headache as I walked into the front desk area (there was a strong odor of marijuana inside the lobby), I had the most uncomfortable sleep ever at a lodging facility. Reason for renovation was supposedly because its under new management although it was mentioned there was a rumor of bed bugs. I will have to say I liked the price but I'll pay for a more comfortable stay from here on out

The furniture in the rooms is pretty nice. The accent wall pops and brightens up the room. Somewhat newer tv in the room. The way they fold towels is a bit sloppy. They don't provide Kleenex or a microwave. There also isn't a phone. 100% smoke free facility. Indoor pool, but only opened from 9-9.

Very nice room , friendly staff. Lots of cars coming and going all night. Back access door doesn't lock. No microwave or complementary shampoo. There was also no tissues.
