Swallow Falls State Park

Easy hiking - Muddy Creek waterfall is the best!! Well laid out trails, easy to follow and if you like to hike, there are down hill and a bit harder areas to traverse. It is overall not a hard hike what so ever and even some areas meant for wheelchairs which is nice. Dogs are allowed if in control and we did see many. Easy parking (if you get in early) but will fill up if you are coming during peak times.

Well maintained park. We had a great hike with views of 3 different falls. We only had a short amount of time and were able to see all three falls, but I'd like to go back and spend more time. I'd recommend checking Swallow Falls out for yourself.

Excellent place for adventures, hiking, boating, biking even some dirt roads for off reading. Best season to visit is from around March to October to enjoy the full green and wild nature. Only bothering thing is the lack of trash cans throughout the park.

Breathtaking, beautiful. Shallow Falls State Park is an extraordinary place to visit. Whether you're there for a quick visit or for most of the day, there are many sights to see. I like that you can venture off the trail to get better views. The thrill of being next to the waterfall is very satisfying. You have got to visit this place.

An excellent park for hiking and outdoor activities. The landscape has unusual features that are beautiful. Some parts of the trails are a little rugged, but the effort is worth the views.
