very nice people to deal with. they towed my semi and made sure my wife, dogs and I got to a pet friendly motel. thanks to the whole crew that come out. my truck number was 16431.

Lisa at the office was most polite and helpful and Johnny the driver was very respectful and helpful.  He even made sure I had a ride home.

All they care about is the money. The people in the office are rude and disrespectful, they have no idea of how to treat a customer. At least, the truck driver was nice.
