Texas Soul Cafe

I never thought the closest place to a "Soul" food joint in West Texas would be in Odessa. But I have to say I was very impressed and ate here the 3 nights I stayed there. And shout out to the front counter girl Ariel K. She was really nice and very helpful.

I feel ripped off. Portions are incredibly small. Prices are too high for what you get. Food was cold. If you want the original Keith‘s experience, do not go to this location go to the one located on Andrews highway in Odessa across from the Colosseum. I don’t think this place is going to make it.

Good food and very consistent. Slow service, so don't come if you're in a hurry. It is worth the wait if you've got the time.

Over priced. EXTREMELY small portions. Soggy salad. Plus it was so hot. The a/c needed to be lowered and there needs to be window coverings installed for dinner hours as the sun cooks half of the dining room.

It has gone way down hill since Grandview location. They used to have such a variety , different every day. Now its the same stuff over and over. No home cooking taste like it used to be. Also the service provided by the people on Grandview made it even more enjoyable on top of the taste. Those people are gone, and the food suffers in my opinion.
