HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 

We can all agree how difficult it is to find a reliable, fair repair shop and that’s what I’ve found in Town Hill Auto.  The service manager and team do an awesome job breaking down and explaining the problem your vehicle is experiencing and provide you with options to fix it. 

Some garages try to take advantage of you but I’ve never felt that way or witnessed anyone feeling that way during my visits to Town Hill Auto. They’re absolutely worth giving a shot!

Very good folks to deal with, I have bought many cars from them, and plan to again in the future. The service department is very knowledgeable, and very friendly. It feels nice to have a dealership you can walk into, and feel comfortable about spending your hard earned money with them.

Service was good until you walk out the door. 
Was experiencing some minor issues with my car. And from there perspective if I had any issues they would take care of it. Following under safety precautions. Literally bought this car two days ago. Called a day later. Spoke to one of the representatives. Saying they would call me back. Never received one. 
I called again, to see my status. Seems the representative got the message of my issues. But had no intention of calling back. And now they are trying to charge me for something they said if I had issues with to come back and they will take care of.

Service here is great. The shop was quick and efficient, and never tried to over sell me. I will definitely be bringing my other cars here for future service.

I bought a car here a few years ago and got a great deal.  Over the years Town Hill Auto has taken great care of my cars. They've never over sold me on service, always doing what was asked and warning me about what  services may need to be taken care of in the near future. Oryn is great and has always  been accommodating when it comes to my busy schedule. Go see Oryn at Town Hill Auto for your next service!
