I can honestly say that the Service Dept is outstanding!!! As an older single female my trust level is normally cynical. The Service person Joe is very personable and always patient. The Service Manager Tony is also very personable and always patient whether it be for questions about what is needed or what will be coming up. They are never pushy in regards to servicing your auto. I will be bringing my vehicle to them for quite some time as I enjoy the interaction and service that they extend.

I bought a black 2018 BMW M3 from the dealership's owner and I traded in my 2018 Audi S4. They gave me a better trade in value than any dealerships here in Boston. The finance part of the deal was so smooth and stress free compared to the dealerships around here. They don't try to upsell anything or use any dirty tricks. Awesome customer service and would recommend to anyone looking for a car.

I found a 2015 Audi A6 3.0T Prestige online from Champagne MotorCar Co. My wife and I looked locally but could not find one with the options she wanted, or at the price point we wanted. I put a deposit on this vehicle and flew out to see the car in person. That was actually cheaper than the shipping cost and was less stressful than buying site unseen...They picked me up at my hotel in the morning, 45 minutes later I was at the dealership, took the car for a test drive, then drove it 560 miles home... My salesman was George Pasiakos. The car was every bit as nice as he said it was. They even steam cleaned the interior...I would give them 6 Stars if i could. Thanks George And Kenny for making this online buying experience a good one!
