Very friendly service advisors. Was told I was going to be charged the standard diagnostic fee for diagnosing a suspension noise if no major problems were found. No major problems were found but the fee was waived anyway.
Real honesty and transparency from service reps. More dealerships need to be like this.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience ever. I went in knowing what I wanted and test drove a vehicle several times. When I brought my new vehicle home it didn’t have some of the features I expected. I called my salesman and asked if they gave me the correct vehicle. He said yes. And when I complained that it didn’t have some of he expected features he said oh that’s because you test drove a different version of that model?!?!?!? When I asked if I could return the vehicle he said no and I haven’t heard from him since. I was even in to see the service department (who were great) and he walked right past me and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. To make matters worse the customer service manager seems like he can’t be bothered with my issue and does not care what I say. He’s going based on what his sales people are telling him even though they are lies. I would not recommend Cardinal Honda to anybody!

I have bought 3 cars from Cardinal in the past 5 years. The reason is because everything is as advertised. The sales people are very friendly, I personally recommend Robert Guffy.
Don't bother trying to negotiate much on listed car prices. You might get more luck negotiating trade in value or possibly used cars. They are good on fixing minor scratches and offering remedies to little imperfections you might find on a used car.
Overall if you want to feel like your not getting "played" or rushed take a trip to Cardinal!

Kenny and Dominic were friendly and informative but not high pressure. Shared the info we were looking for but didn't try to talk us into anything. Although we didn't purchase here today, we have in the past and have had positive experiences with Cardinal.

My wife and I recently purchased a used (mint condition) 2012 Mazda 3 from Cardinal Honda. In total, this is the 5th car my family has purchased from this dealership. This time around we worked with Robert Malardo who was extremely patient with us as we literally sat in almost every different type of car on the lot!! He never once pressured us to purchase anything till we found something both my wife and I were happy with. We highly recommend Cardinal Honda to everyone looking to purchase a car without the typical dealership sleaze. Cardinal has had some of the same employees for the past 10 - 20 years, this is almost unheard within the car industry and should speak volumes about their dealership.
We would also like to give a shout out to Alexander, the Internet Sales Director, and Kevin Tobey, the Used Car Manager for delivering professional customer service!
