Service department went out of their way and bent over backwards to assist with all issues on my vehicle. Highly satisfied with their work and will recommend them to anyone I come across. A true asset to Columbia / Willimantic area.

The worse car buying experience ever. The purchaser will never buy from them again because of the extremely upsetting experiences he endured with both Wile and Hyundai Customer Care. They made it completely obvious THAT NO ONE CARES! Eventually the way they treat people will catch up with them and prospective customers will refuse to have anything to do with them. "Let the buyer beware."

Just had an amazing experience with Jesse and Andy the owner. They were able to give us the best deal possible on a new hybrid sonata. The customer service that you get from a local family dealer beats any of the bigger ones hands down. They care about your needs and make sure you feel comfortable before making a purchase. No pressure at all.

I bought a Santa Fe from Wile some years ago and have had some maintenance work done there. I have always been pleased with the service I have received and their "smaller" car dealer feeling. Pricing is in line and, in my case, I felt I got a very good deal on my Santa Fe. I will buy my next vehicle from them.
