U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Spokane

Had to add a simple dolly cart to my order. Waited 30 minutes on the phone before hanging up. Never going here again.

Employees not well trained. Seem to always loose track of where they are at when helping customers. No qualified management on property. Employees making negative comments about each other in front of customers. It all comes down to poor training and lack off Management.

So their night crew is really nice...but the day crew is awful and abusive to the customer. I got my propane filled here. I was told to go to Ferrelgas (Propane Wholesaler in Spokane) to get my tanks re-certified. I went to Ferrelgas and they told me my tanks were fine and didn't need re-cert. When I happened to come here again, with the same guy that told me to go to Ferrelgas, he told me my tanks were no good. I told him i went to where he told me. He then called me an idiot and said I should go to another place for propane and cert. So this guy literally called me an idiot for doing as he said then not liking that I came back????

I am not at all impressed with the service at the Sprague U Haul. Or U Haul in Spokane in general. I called up their North Spokane store to set up an appointment for installing a trailer brake controller. Was told that they could get me in the next day in the morning no problem. A few hours later, I got a call back saying that they could not get me in, and that my appointment would be moved to the Spokane Valley store. That store is located an hour away from my house, but I needed the controller installed, so I agreed. Upon arrival to the store, I had an appointment for 1500, and was told that they would start on my car right away. A FULL HOUR LATER, they ask me where my car was parked and said that their hitch guy would be there in 15 minutes. Really? I had an appointment and your hitch guy wasn't there? I am still waiting for my controller to be installed. Congratulations, U Haul. You have officially WASTED over 3 hours of my time including drive and wait time. Not even including the time it is taking you to install it! Time is valuable!

RUDE service! Can is no where near full of gas, & they reserved the wrong can for us. DO NOT come here. Another woman here had been waiting for an hour to have a hitch installed & she had an appointment!! They told her 9:30 & the guy doing the install didn't even come in until 10am. Only one guy working the counter. OMG!!! The only guy here is still being ride to the 11 people in here
