U-Haul Moving & Storage of Midtown

Probably the worst experience you can have. I dropped off my vehicle at noon for a hitch installment which takes two 1/2hrs. I parked my car on the street because there was no where to park. I walked to the nearest Starbucks waited two hours and called to check but got no answers. I decided to wait another hour and i walked over. My car was sitting in the exact place on the street where i left it with no hitch. I walked in and there’s a guy eating a sandwich, when he realized they forgot about my car they tried to make it up to me and said they would get it done in 45 mins. Well after finishing his sandwich in the back of my car and two hours later it was done. I spent 6 hours getting my car fixed. Stay far away from this place. It’s located in a convenient spot but it’s just dirty and unprofessional!

I requested a 15 foot U-Haul truck about a month before my expected moving date. I received a call from the corporate number confirming I had a truck at this location. When I arrived there I was told there was no truck for me and that there was no trucks available anywhere in the area. I was to drive to Moscow Idaho (3 hours or so round trip). The employee looked dumbfounded when I told him I do not want to do that. They were also extremely rude during the entire process on location and did not once apologize for the situation. At least budget had a truck I was able to get same day in order to complete the move.

I've had 3 interactions with staff just in one weekend and I must say I was impressed with their customer service. Each person I spoke with were equally helpful, personable, and had good attitudes. It really helped especially during this stressful time of moving and finding a place for storage in such a short amount of time. Though I ended up cancelling my reservation, I thought I should write them a review for the excellent service I received, regardless if I did business or not. I would recommend them :)

Wow! So i screwed up my whole weekend and didnt schedule my truck correctly online....I walked in and made a fool of myself...but the new Guy there made things happen for me. I learned about a 24/7 online rental. He ran me through the steps and found me just what i needed on his 1st day of work. Now, ive been here many times before and I have never seen this guy before...I just have to say Kudos to UHaul for finding this guy. Oh, and with the lady, together they were phenomenal. Crowded room and they kept their cool. Handled those people like champs. My week from Wednesday until yesterday was great! I will for sure be back to this location.

Odale! Its about time they get a good bilingual GM. Im a regular customer via a corporate account and I can already see the difference in the representation. Just between last week and this week. This crew is really coming together. I see a lot of bad reviews but man, most of these are people who know noth8ng about being respectful nor polite. A bunch of whiners...dont they realize these people are trying to help us and they work as a unit accross the county. From this weeks aperience, Midtown made it happen without sending me to locations without a vehicle ready for me. Thanks you!
