Marcuskraal 4x4, Camp Site & Chalet Citrusdal

Just what we needed for a family getaway! The cottage very conveniently had everything we needed - comfortable beds, air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and fridge, a big lounge, an amazing private jacuzzi and a lovely patio with a patio set to sit at. The swimming pool area is shared by all the guests but it isn't busy all the time and has a large gazebo next to it with chairs on the lawn where one can sit and relax while others swim. The pool was also very clean. Highly highly recommend!

A great camping experience on a working farm between spectecular mountains, with very clean ablutions and kitchen area. It's an ideal venue for family and church gatherings offering a variety of accomodation options. Ideal for the family who needs a break from the city rush. A birdwatchers paradise with a swimming pool that offers a welcome cool-down after a 6km climb via the 4x4 trail rated an 8/10 for steepness and clearance height. A must-do if you're in the area.

Love this camping spot. Clean and very well kept pool and ablutions. Will return for sure.

Invader get together was amazing. Because we were at a very nice venue.

What a wonderful surprise this place is, tucked away with beautiful views. The 3 bedroom chalet we stayed in was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfy and the bedding was clean, white and crisp. The A/C was a welcome addition. We were part of a wedding group. It's an ideal situation for something like this with plenty of space and facilities. The food was traditional home style cooking and the hosts were very friendly.

Second time visiting and it's still the beat place to relax and enjoy nature.

We had a great time with the family at the camping site. The green grass was just wonderfull for the kids and the play park was just great. The swimming pool was a great refreshment to cool off. Everything was so neat and clean. We will return to this wonderfull place. Peace of heaven!!!!Service: 5/5
