Food was great. Had the famous Spur Wings and my wife the Dubble Rib Burger. Esona, our Waiter was friendly and very helpfull. Lack of music was a downside as I enjoy some background music while I have something to eat.Food: 5/5

I went there for lunch , it was busy but the service was great , didn't wait too long for my food . And the food was amazing , had a burger combo that comes with a soda and topped it up with some Buffalo wings , spent R200 for all thats , quiet cheap actually. Great service as well , definitely enjoyed myself . Vegetarian options: They have options for vegetarians and I think it's great options . Kid-friendliness: It's also kid friendly as they have a play area for the kids as well , they have someone who does face painting too so you can enjoy your meal while the kids have their own entertainment as well .

The restaurant was very empty for a Friday. To give you an idea, there was a total of 3 occupied tables in our section of around 20 tables. Shockingly there were 5 tables around us that weren't cleaned. Those tables had used plates some with leftover food, glasses, cups and half drank beers on it. Those tables weren't cleaned for the total duration that we were there. We were there for 1 hour. What makes it worse is that multiple waiters walked pass these tables and didn't bother cleaning it or getting somebody to clean it. 1 Waiter attempted to clean but left the dirty glasses on the table behind us on a serving tray. We also only saw our waitress a total of 3 times. Once to take a drinks order, once to take a food order and when we paid. No checking on us for more drinks there was no aircon and the place was very warm or if everything is order. Utterly shocking considering the price of the food.

Good morning. I would not recommend this Spur. Customer service is non existence. We waited more than 10min with a almost empty Spur not even with a order to be taken. As we walked out Manager Armand Valentine tried to stop us. Apparently he saw us sittings there and instructed his waiters to assist. Well owner of Tallhasse Spur if your waiters do not listen to your Manager you have serious problem. In these times today customer service is vital as you know.

Super crowded on month end but great gees with the rugby that's on. Kiddies play area and the menu is versatile. Kids can enjoy them here. There's space to improve the accomadation of larger crowds on these busy days. Over all service with a smile and decent food.

Regardless that Spur renovated and moved, the service also downgraded, entered today at 17h30,waited 45 minutes after we placed our order for desert, just to find out that they have no waffle mix, can you actually believe it, waiter came to ask if we can wait and then a manager came to say sorry we don't have, really, dies it take thus long, to check whether you have waffle mix or not. What a waste of time. Disappointed!!!

Just had the worst experience at this Spur went to have lunch with my son sat there for more than 15 min not even a single waiter acknowledged us just to let us know that they busy or understaffed nothing... And when i left i told the manager on duty and he just said he will look into it he wasn't even looking at me just busy with the white people am not sure why he didn't even bother to apologize or something maybe its because I'm black so my importance didn't matter to him

1 of my favs Spur...even with a full house I never wait long for my food. I always happen to sit close by a TV .and excellent service always all the timeFood: 5/5

Service and food good. Pleasant child friendly restaurant. Play area for kids is great with a nanny to look after the kids. They even paint the children's faces! So cute. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with a great play area. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly

Spur never disappoints, always making my kids birthdays special and this was the case at Spur Somerset West. Glad to be served ke Mopedi wa gesho Mo WC to make it more memorable
