Baymont by Wyndham Greensboro/Coliseum

Older hotel. In a decent area, right at the city center across from the convention center. Needs quite a few updates. The door frame looked like it was coming apart from the wall. The decorative throw on the bed was stained and yucky. Bathroom was small but manageable. The staff was friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offering. Overall, the price is fair for what you get. Don't expect any frills and you won't be dissapointed.

Don’t be deceived by the 3.5 star rating. The service was awful and the environment was sketchy to say the least. Upon checking in, the couple in front of me was complaining their room was open when they first got to it and it looked like someone had been in it. I checked in and the entire second floor REEKED of Marijuana. There were beer cases emptied on the hallway floor, the rooms were sub par. The worst part was after the strong marijuana smoke caused me to leave early, they wouldn’t reimburse me, and management denied that there was any smell, when it was very obviously there. Even the front desk worker Dawn said she knew who was smoking marijuana when I complained about it. This place is pathetic, awful management, and poorly kept. Spend your money elsewhere! Seriously.

Quick easy location to the interstate, and the mall. Clean rooms, with comfy beds. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast. Downside was a random leak from our bathroom door trim. Yes. The door trim. Nothing else was wet so it was kinda crazy an weird. Didn't impact our stay though.

Very clean place to be so inexpensive. My nonsmoking room smelled very nice. It was in a safe location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast bar was above average. The cable was lackluster, and but the TV was nice. The refrigerator was on the larger side, and very cold. The wifi was very slow, but at least it was stable.

Convenient hotel. Room was clean, shower was hot, inside entries so it was quiet, courtesy breakfast had a great variety, people were nice, plenty of parking, WiFi was just OK. Would stay there again!
