Easy access to I-40. Basic budget accommodation, clean, well-lit, plenty of parking and restaurants nearby. Our room was standard Microtel (bed, bath, closet, drawers, TV, minifridge, and microwave). Nice staff - on check-in, our first room had been smoked in and the desk clerk reassigned us immediately. The free breakfast is also basic - breads, cereal, waffles, coffee, juice, milk. If you want protein, head to the Waffle House or Jake's Diner next door. I HIGHLY recommend dinner at the Egyptian restaurant behind the property, too.

No bed bugs! Overpriced for what we had. Our room had not been updated. Continental Breakfast was not good. Better than sleeping in the car.

Phone rep was excellent. When I arrived, the front desk young lady was so sweet and kind. The room itself is newer looking. I was pleasantly shocked. They have padded bench under the window so it could actualky sleep another person. Pretty decor in the newer rooms. I have stayed here multuple times now and the service is excellent. Housekeeping corrects any issues. Destiny and Amanda at the front are so pleasant. I find peace here when I need a break from stress. I have only stayed in the remodeled rooms and they are soo nice. The price is excellent for the room. Great job Microtel.
