Bill Marsh Buick GMC New Car Sales, Service and Parts

If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars, I would. I brought my vehicle here after I was in a car accident on Christmas. They wrote the estimate and took 2 months to get the work done. You'd think after 2 months they would have restored my vehicle to pre-accident condition. WRONG! It's now 3 months after getting the car back that the vehicle is in the shop because of stuff they missed. They will not take responsibility for their work or missed damages, they blame someone else. I am now, 3 months after getting my car back, fighting to get it fixed and they have been less than pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend if you think about taking your car here for any sort of work, run far away. This is the biggest mistake I've ever made in my life.

We love working with Patrick Burley, he goes above and beyond for his clients. This is our second lease with Patrick and we can't say enough great things about him and our experience. Thank you to Jim, Lisa, and the whole team at the used car office. We love our new Jeep. We went back in because we were having a problem with the Jeep. They called into the service department. However the service department was busy and wouldn't get to it for 10 days. Lisa went above and beyond and got the Jeep in to their Brake and Alignment center and got it back to us within a couple of days. - Thank you for taking such good care of us. I don't think you could ask for a better sales team. They actually work as a team. Thanks again for getting us back on the road after our accident.

with the help of lisa mihalic she was able to bring my car to me and pick up my trade in. with ALOT of work on her part she MADE this sale. she goes the extra steps to make the sale with you. GO see her if you want a car from bill marsh price point.!! nothing but good will come it. Thanks Lisa
