Well the service at this location went down bad. I used to donate all the time at this place and I was treated way different this year. Just because they pay a bit more you must put up with the rude receptionists. P.S. type plasma donation into maps and find a more pleasant location

This place is a HORRIBLE place to donate as they will con you out of your money. They promise 40 on your second visit each week and make you sign a paper agreeing to that, but only because pay you 35 and then say “our policy has changed” they do this to everybody. On your 5th and 6th donation you are suppose to get a bonus but when it comes to this they will do ANYTHING to ensure you can’t donate. I’ve had them claim to mess up my paperwork without being able to donate, which was their fault but my problem. I’ve also had them make stories up about my health. Apparently on my 6th donation of the month on the last day of the month I was all good to go except my “protein levels” were off by .01.... they refused to check again and told me that I wouldn’t get my bonus and to come back tomorrow and try again. I have NEVER had a problem with my protein levels but of course it was the last day of the month and my final bonus, which I would not be receiving. I asked to talk to the manager Frank who refused to see me.... I’ve been such a loyal donor to this place and it really sucks knowing they’re willing to screw their clients over like this...

I’m a new donor here today. So far I’ve been waiting here an hour and nothing except an interrogation as to why I donated twice on the East side at CSI Plasma in the past and twice on the west side at CSI Plasma. I explained I just moved to the West Side. They Told me if I don’t agree to commit to going to their specific location only they would refuse me as a donor. Holy hell. They seem to treat people like cattle here. I will wait another hour just to gather more observations. I told them I would return if I felt welcome there and like it. Ie treated with respect. Lol

Love this center. That are very clean. The best phlebotomists I have ever been stuck by. Thankful for the best plasma center in Phoenix.

My experience went pretty swell if you ask me it was my first time, make sure to referr me Samantha Gonzales it’d be really nice for the hook up :) ! Just be sure to drink plenty of water and eat healthy! 🙂
