There are not enough stars for the group that works at the Glendale location.  Their kindness is so appreciated and just how amazing they are to not only to me but everyone I see them interact with.....just the best people. The people here are always super friendly and make donating blood a fun experience, even for someone who hates needles.

I walked in without an apt. The lady at the front was rude while telling me she didn't have time for me. Cool. I no longer have time for you either.

Went today to donate didn't know we needed an appointment,  receptionist said ok after waiting and seeing people pass out,  decided I would go eat and come back. We walked back in and she said oh we can't take walk ins. I don't know what happened in the 45 minutes but ok. And she had an attitude.  I will go to another location.
