Been here a few literally something bad always happens I don’t know why I continue to go back but I’ve found one by Glendale that’s better and actually care for their customers. Besides this place sticks me wrong majority of the time I always get bruised and seeing they’ve had to stick many others multiple times to get the vein looks even more terrible. One time I stepped out to make an important call they said I couldn’t donate cause I left out literally the next time I tried donating 2 others did the same thing and was allowed back in my time here is over I don’t recommend them

I have donated there 3 times now with no problems. The staff are very nice and i am in abd out in less than an hour. I like the fact that there is an armed security guard there at all times. I get paid pretty well and watch a movie while i donate. I feel like i am contributing to the betterment of the medical field and i use the money i receive to pay off a couple bills. So far it has been a good experience for me.

This place is a disgrace. You can't trust the staff with the needles. The staff is rude. Some dress how they want.one dude dress like he's at the club. They take no consoderatcon for their clients. There are a few good apples.. the manager messes up people's names as is she doesn't care. This place is a diasaster. If you feel you have to donate plasma, it's best to avoid this place.

I've been coming to this center for a little over 1 year. It is a wonderful place and is full of wonderful and caring staff. Its always something happening, giveaways, bonus, food, and the movies they show are great. Nice to know Im helping to save lives.

Waited for over an hr as a return donor on a not so busy day I told Aaron that I was waiting long and he said welp and that was it. I enjoy coming to this place. But today was super disappointing
