They do pick up their phone. I called several times and got an answer. The first time I went in there they were actually really busy and they told me to come back in 2 hours if I had something to do which I thought was really nice of them. I mean it was pretty easy for me I thought they were very nice to me I didn't feel just like a number let me not talk to every person that I went to and we had side conversations about different things that happened in our lives. I do not recommend going to this place. Unless you are like me and actually want to be treated by a person rather then a number, best bet is to start going to CSL. The waits here are incredibly long, between last year and now the service has became nothing but rubbish. As a new donor you are treated well, give or take a year or so they just treat you like a pile of garbage that was left for someone that actually feels like doing their job and taking it out. I understand being sent home for a plausible reason such as you blood pressure being too high, or heart rate too high. For simply having a small wheezing in my chest though? Come on... literally you are making up excuses so you don't have to work on so many people. Lastly the fact that they sell your containers for $1000+ while you only ever see a very small fraction of that still blows my mind to this day. Take it from me, do NOT settle for less and go offer your plasma to a piss pour service. Like I said, if you donate here look into CSL you won't be disappointed there, like I have so many times before been disappointed in the lousy staff that work under Talecris. That being said, one less person donating due to poor management and poor excuses to work less. If you want to get a laid back job, just get a phone job and leave that to people that legitimately enjoy this kind of industry. PS: Tell the security guard that goes there in the mornings to stop wearing sunglasses inside, acts like he is FBI or CIA when really just another sack of flesh under a uniform.

I had s bad experience here they took hours to see me and once I did the physical I went back to go donate and it took them 40 minutes to get my blood taken. And once I let them put the needle in me the couldn’t get the vain somehow so they pocked another hole and still couldn’t get it I ended up with 5 holes getting picked and them not getting any blood . My arms are soar and bruised witch should be normal but it’s ridiculous that these professionals couldn’t get it right. They wanted to continue to do it if I didn’t say no more picking holes in me and left .

I was going to start donating plasma here since it is a more convenient drive than the center I donated at about a year ago; Arrived at 10am, did register and kiosk at 1pm and after 3pm there was hardly anyone left and there was still 3 people in front of me so I told them to take me off the list. It should not take more than 5 hours to get started, my prior experience at a different center moved 30 people in and out in a couple hours and they couldn't do that in a day. Horrible experience, going to a different center.
