Worse place I donated at staff very unprofessional accept for one manager rest of place is ran by very rude girls mostly who trying to get some type of schooling they offer for plybiotamy certs. So very rude an condescending. Defferd for supposedly having. mmj card status so don't come here if have on. But just walked by for tweekers outside front door trying to sell method lol crazy. Dirty an long wait not worth pay or time they will take from you.I donated here 7 years an seen alot worse come back n forth but they never complained about b. S like I did. Once I started has several issues.

I think they took way too much Plasma from a 111lb 5'2" female. I had a seizure and when I came to I asked all of he staff if I had a seizure. They told me I had FAINTED. I was biting my tongue and I haven't been able to feel it since.

Just want nothing more then to get in and out, some peeps there are just hard workers: some aren't. But for the rest who are not, their time is more precise than the cells.

I'm not here for customer service. I go here to donate plasma the fastest I possibly can, get paid and return twice a week regularly. The first time I arrived at 1pm and left at 8pm. I had the worst case scenario. Short staffed that night. I was the last New Donor they accepted that day because they accept only so many. I was the last to leave that day. Definitely worth the pay. After the first visit, I expect to be done within an hour to two and a half hours. Depending on how many people are ahead of me, how many new donor there are that day, if the staff is short handed or maybe a kiosk well be down. Its cool though they have about 6 kiosk though. Free snacks and water bottles are available on certain days. Free WiFi is available also. Movies are broadcasted during entire process.
