This place is great and very clean with super friendly staff. I go every week to donate whatever I'm eligible for. I read some other comments about the facility appearing open when they are suppose to be on break. That only means they are not STARTING any donation processes but still must finish with the people who have been there for an hour donating. So please don't hate on the nice people that work there, the people inside during that time are spending their lunch hour working while the others get a chance to eat.

Fairly seamless process checking in if you do the pre-check online before arriving. This place feels a bit crammed when compared to the Phoenix i17 location. Also the snack bar only had Oreos when I was here. However, they have popcorn ☺️

Got called Thurs nite. Told them I was going to Tempe and could stop in the morning. Got there at 10.10 and was told they closed betweem 10 n 11.30 for lunch. Didnt look closed to me. People waiting. This location needs new management. They have enuff people to keep it open

Closed 1p-2:30p. Rode my bicycle 10 miles, arrived at 1:10. My ride home was scheduled for 2:30p so I biked home instead. Enjoyed the ride but they didn't get my platelets. Be January before I get back to AZ. Wish "Closed 1p-2:30p" was on Google maps info along with hours open now displayed

Give a little of your time and a little of your self and these great people will turn it into a chance at life for a handful of people. Jesus gave his blood to save your soul, give a little of yours to help save a few lives. If you don't think it matters, ask to see the notebook with the stories of some of the people that rely on your donations. When you donate ask if you qualify to be a super donor.
