Says they're not for profit but people that answer the phone are getting paid to answer the phone and take your blood so in my opinion this place is phony and they should be shut down immediately for taking people's blood and not compensating them for their time doesn't seem fair to me. Rip off because they get paid for there time while taking advantage of caring people

A few years back They blew a vein at this location i told them it was burning and hurting where the needle was but they told me it was fine, it wasn't obviously because I've donated several times before and that never happened, but they continued to laugh and talk. This experience probably ruined blood donating for me I had a red bruised arm for over a week

I've donated at this location a couple of times. The process takes a while, but the staff is capable and friendly, and I've never experienced a problem here.
