Totally disappointed!!!! I have been donating with this company for years before they were CSL never have I had an experience like this. Deferred for simple bloodwork draw until the medical director who only comes in once a week returns. Drove out twice now just to get the run around after being told I could donate after bringing proof of the stick. What a total load of garbage. Can't donate again. maybe staff should have communicated clearly other then the fact medical never even took the time to really check my stick he was about to clock out for lunch. All this extra run around. ****************** 1) If you have a blood draw before donating make sure to bring a copy of the Dr. Order for it with you to the donation facility * they do not tell you this in near donor screening 2) Makes sure to ask plenty of questions no one's forth coming with any simple detail that may defer you. Save yourself the hassle of the run around 3) Staff needs help with effective communication and reporting skills

Waiting in line for at least an hour every time. Always short staffed, and no matter what position you are in, in line, you will get passed up by new donors, or someone with a VIP pass. They can't stick the needle in my arm properly, half the time it hurts, or doesn't work right and they have to come fix it. And they usually only have one person checking blood so be prepared to stand in line for hours, just to get 25-45$. Ridiculous that this place hasn't improved in the last year since I started going here.

I was told that becouse i have a mmj card im not aloud to donate. Like im doing something illegal. I felt singaled out over me taking a helthier choice in medication. I say that they need to be shut down. Besides its only $50 for the first 5 only if there with 45 days after that you dont even get $50 again max they give out is 45

I've been donating at this location for just over a year. My biggest complaint is they always seem to be way understaffed. There are 3 bottlenecks you have to go through (1. the questionnaire kiosk. 2. Vitals check. 3. Donation floor line.) When there are a lot of people in line for vitals check, they seem to have only a couple people working. These employees get distracted easily by other employees, will get up and leave suddenly for unknown reasons, or have to get up and answer the phone. On the donation floor they have a rule where there can only be a certain number of donors per tech (6, I think) which is why sometimes you'll see half the floor empty. This place is busy most of the time, they really need to hire more staff.

I have never had an issue here. typical in and out is 1 hr
