CSL Plasma

This is my first place doing plasma. And it didn’t really hurt. It just feels like giving blood for a little longer. I saw this girl go and complain to the front desk being rude to the workers because they had to poke her twice because her vein wouldn’t take... and that the coworkers socialize with each other. I don’t understand why she was complaining about it but I never had a problem with people doing their job and having fun doing it. Overall I like this place. My advice: don’t drink caffeine before you go . Bring a jacket and maybe headphones and a fully charged phone.

They make this as painless as possible. They are professional, pleasant and as quick as possible. Like anything else, if there are many people, the process will take longer. Best times are Friday nights and Saturday nights. It's busy after 5 on weekdays. On a fast night I can be in and out in 90 minutes.

Had no issues other then bathroom needing a cleaning but everything else went smoothly, employees were very informative and helpful. My donation went smooth as well the needle stick was fast and painless.

They take way to long to unhook you from the plasma machine. Theres a lot of people who have been waiting for 30 minutes. It takes an hour itself to donate. Then your blood pressure is to tight but no one sill loosen it

They are awesome!! Clean with a very great staff. I had a reaction and they where on top of it!! Very pleased and will go back on a full stomach. EAT BEFORE YOU DONATE!!!!!
