This is not a organized place. The fewer the donors the longer you will spend here. The staff seems more interested in talking to each other the getting people it the door. U are better off going to the CLS down the street then coming here

Careful don't leave a bad review on their survey site. I left a bad review and very coincidentally the donation from that day tested "reactant" to hep c. Of course my second test and test I did thru my personal doctor we're negative but the damage was done now I can't ever donate anything. Could be a coincidence but I'm pretty sure the results were doctored to get me out of their hair. So just be careful.

I can't return for 56 days. Machine messed up on the return of red blood cells. I've been donating here for about 2 months. I have seen at least 4 other people who have had the same issue. Your donating at your own risk. Ill be going to a different location. Staff are nice though.

Avoid this location. Slow, slow, slow. Every other CSL I've been to has a nicely streamlined operation; this one is the exception. You might as well go to Grifols than go here. Yes, it's that bad. One and only one phleb. per bay. Really?!?!

The staff is very friendly and your donation of plasma goes to a good cause. Two times a week you are helping out someone in need. The plus side is that you get paid for donating.
