I ordered the 2 meat combo. Pulled pork and brisket with collard greens and green beans. I live in North Carolina and enjoy quite a bit of BBQ. Honestly the pulled pork is some of the best I've ever had and the brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The brisket had just enough fat to add flavor but was not greasy. The collards had a sweetness and were delicious. The green beans were cooked with bacon for flavor and were very good. I highly recommend this quaint place.

This is probably the best place I've found to eat in the area. The owner, Darren is super friendly and you can tell is very passionate about his craft. That passion shows in his meat and sauces! I grew up in GA and was blown away to find BBQ this good this far north. Also, since you're in Wisconsin, pair the brisket or pulled pork and sauces with the cheese curds with a little sweet and a little spicy sauce. Magical!

I had the pulled pork, it was very good. Nice and tender. Decent portion of meat. I had the baked beans and slaw for my sides. The beans were average, and the slaw was not that good. But like I said had the sides been better it would have been 5 stars. But the BBQ was definitely worth it very good. I recommend this place.

GREAT food! Really great ribs and brisket- and the sauces were also delicious. Thought the location was weird at first, but they have parking, so i didnt mind. Customer service was really great, the guy up front was very friendly. Really clean/nice bathrooms and dining room. Ended up bringing home some extra food for dinner too!

I had the pulled pork combo, onion rings and beans and my wife had the pulled chicken combo with corn and coleslaw. The chicken and pork were very good but put on pretty skimpy on the bun. Beans were good as well. The corn was a let down, not sweet and definitely out of a can. I was expecting maybe a half cob of corn, that would have dressed up the basket.
