Brickhouse BBQ

I was very excited to see how Brickhouse would be after their reopening and I will never go back after an extremely disappointing visit. When we walked in we were greeted by the bar tender who seemed to be inconvenienced by our arrival. We were his only table and there were two people at the bar who it became obvious were friends and at one point one was also behind the bar with him. When we tried to order food from the short menu we were told they were out of mac and cheese, and all pasta for that matter, beans and all salads because the chef was supposed to show up at 5 pm and hadn't. While the food was good it was not even served on a plate, but in small paper baskets. The bar tender when clearing the table then dumped all of the empty baskets off the tray and down my back, but his only concern was the BBQ on his sweatshirt and not mine. Will not return.

I love this place. Get the Brickhouse Mac - a huge bowl of delicious macaroni and cheese with three different meats on top - so good! Update: I had to take away all of my stars. This place is under new ownership or management - and they totally changed everything. The menu is very limited and super expensive for what you get. The food was not nearly as good as it used to be. Sad - I used to love this place. I don't think they'll last long.

While the food was good, I paid $9 for like 4 slices of brisket on a sandwich. Then another $3 for cold "smashed" potatoes which were just mashed potatoes, not smashed. I'll come back when the taters are toasty and the sammies are bigger.

Really disappointed. Previously was here and it was beyond delicious. Now there is a very very small menu and our food was small and burnt. Honestly it reminded me of what I'd get from a food cart, but with less flavor. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to their Brickhouse Mac.

This is not Brickhouse BBQ. It’s called “The Brickhouse”. New place after the original closed down. It is terrible. 20-30+ minute wait for drinks. 60+ minute waits for food. Totally clueless staff. It’s at least mostly due to growing pains from just re-opening but it’s a joke right now. After about 2 hrs our food showed up and I got to pull chicken bones out of my chicken sandwich. Just really bad. And need to get rid of the old Brickhouse BBQ reviews. This is a totally different place.
