Budget Inn & suites

It was disgusting! Half of the lights didn’t work. There was a cigarette burn on the blanket. The only soap in the entire room was a used bar in the bathtub. My wife did not sleep well because she was worried about bed bugs. I will never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and pay $10 more at a different hotel.

I stayed at this hotel nothing bad to say every thing was great stay the price is just right and the staff and services were perfect and polite

Comparable comfort to the Comfort Inn I was in the previous night in Salt Lake City (and about the same price) with a sort of classic "homey" vibe, like of I was in a mom and pop B&B. Place is likely getting slow updates, but everything was clean and in good condition. No free breakfast, but considering free breakfast is usually continental (make it yourself waffles, cereal, etc) not a huge loss.

I am giving this place a generous 4 stars because they are under new ownership and fixing a lot. The whole place is under on going restoration. THE GOOD: -Price I got a room for 60 bucks -They have tv -They have small refrigerators in the rooms -A/C -Was clean, is beat up a bit, but clean THE BAD: -The A/C is very loud -They have Wi-Fi but it is way too slow -Rooms are unfinished, but everything works -There is a stale smoke smell in the hallway (This is now a non smoking building that still needs the vents and ceilings re-done) Overall I had a nice time there. The staff was friendly and quick when I had a question. I would stop there again. 5-27-18

Clean rooms , microwave, mini fridge, cable tv, security doors, management is very nice. Best motel for the $ that I have seen for a very long time.
