Campus View Apartments

My husband and I have had no issues with Campus View Apartments. I was very pleased with how simple and easy the sign up process was for getting into the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and move in ready right when we needed it! Now of course I can only speak for the complex that I live in, as I can't speak for other locations that are managed under them. However, anytime we had a maintenance issue, (which has only been twice and were very minor issues) someone showed up within 45 minutes to repair! Impressive! Since most apartments normally take days to even respond. The complex is kept very nicely, grassy areas are cut and majority of the time the dog walking areas are fully stocked with poop bags. Unfortunately I would have to agree with some of the other reviews that the customer service in the front office is not up to par. Other than that we LOVE living here! Our neighbors are great! we've actually become really good friends with some of them and their sweet little fury companions as well! We plan on staying for a while!

I've had a wonderful experience with Campus View Apartments. I've lived in one of their townhouses in Suncrest for 3 years. They've been considerate when I've called for just about anything. They've sent their maintenance men promptly when I've placed an order. I even requested a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and they purchased it and installed it within days. Lawn maintenance is lacking, but I've noticed they have a new crew. They've been incredibly understanding with their pet policy and even when my bank account was stolen and my rent had to be late. Would recommend completely. I'm sad that I'm moving and anyone would be lucky to rent my house and rent from them!

Terrible place, worst customer service. The houses and apartments are old and falling apart but mobody cares. they have 2 maintenance man for the entire complexes of more than 200 units Never do their job, never clean the parking lots from snow. If you call and need something fixed never happens and at last they screw you over the security deposit which is outrageously the price of one month rent and they find an excuse the eat at least half it. STAY AWAY

Worst place I've ever lived in. Staff are so rude and don't care about anything. Don't make my mistake, pick another place to live!
